Georgia Secretary of State Celebrates Enactment of Access MFTs Bill

As part of his 2024 year in review, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger highlighted AAMFT’s Access MFTs effort and celebrated the enactment of SB373, championed by the Georgia Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (GAMFT). 

Secretary Raffensperger applauded the legislation’s ability to streamline processes and noted that, through it, “[t]herapists can now get licensed faster, ensuring critical mental health support reaches those who need it.”
