The recent election has deepened national divisions, with political polarization affecting therapy, relationships, and families. Many view the political "other" with contempt, even within their own homes. Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs) are also impacted, influencing their work with clients facing political stress. Instead of fueling division, a systemic approach is needed to address societal issues constructively.
